2 carrots
1 zucchini
1 Yellow Onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1Spaghetti Squash cut in half lengthwise
1 can tomato sauce
1 can cooked lentils
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
salt to taste
Chop vegetables
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut Spaghetti squash and remove seeds.
Place cut side down on baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
Heat 1 TBS olive oil over medium high heat. Add vegetables & saute for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce & cooked lentils.
Steam Kale (2 minutes) or saute in sauce pan with tablespoon of olive oil until just wilted
