LEnTIL Bolognese & SPAGHETTI SQUASH

Ingredients

2 carrots

1 zucchini

1 Yellow Onion

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil


1Spaghetti Squash cut in half lengthwise


1 can tomato sauce

1 can cooked lentils


1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

salt to taste

6 Steps to DINNER

1. Prep Ingredients

3. Saute Vegetables & Add tomato sauce

Chop vegetables

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut Spaghetti squash and remove seeds.

Place cut side down on baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.

3. Saute Vegetables & Add tomato sauce

Heat 1 TBS olive oil.  Add vegetables & saute for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce & cooked lentils.

Heat 1 TBS olive oil  over medium high heat.  Add vegetables & saute for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce & cooked lentils.

4. Steam Kale

6. Dinner Time !!

3. Saute Vegetables & Add tomato sauce

Steam Kale (2 minutes) or saute in sauce pan with tablespoon of  olive oil until just wilted
